Local Enhancement Programme 2025
Applications are invited by Carlow Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) for grant funding under the Local Enhancement Programme 2025.
The Local Enhancement Programme 2025 is funded by the Department of Rural and Community Development. Please see the following details in relation to the grants available under this fund.
- €133,777.00 of capital funding to use towards carrying out necessary repairs and improvements to facilities, energy efficiency type projects, purchase of equipment etc. Of this, 30% of this amount is ringfenced for small scale grants of €1,000 or less. The remaining 70% of the funding is to provide targeted funding to address disadvantaged areas, as identified in the County Carlow Local Economic and Community Plan 2023 – 2029.
- €22,296.00 of current funding for groups to use towards covering energy and running costs, to help them continue their important work within the community.
