Applications are invited by Carlow Local Community Development Committee (LCDC) for grant funding under Local Enhancement Programme 2024.

Please see following details of the grants available under this fund.
- €119,056.15 capital funding for the Local Enhancement Programme to use towards carrying out necessary repairs and improvements to facilities, energy efficiency type projects, purchase of equipment etc. 30% of this amount is ringfenced for small scale grants of €1,000 or less. The remaining 70% of the funding is to provide targeted funding to address disadvantaged areas, as identified in the County Carlow Local Economic and Community Plan 2023 – 2029.
- €23,811.23 capital funding ring-fenced for Women’s Groups to use towards carrying out necessary repairs and improvements to facilities, energy efficiency type projects, purchase of equipment etc.
